The platform was founded by Alison James, the Executive Director of BIC Foundation, and Neil Field-Williams, educator, artist, and Arts Broker, to unite influential creativity scholars worldwide to support, encourage, and advance a community of youth creatives. YCC-OP is dedicated to providing young professionals with the necessary support to succeed, utilizing the same effective approach as its parental network the Creativity Community of Practice.
